The hit FXX series What We Do In The Shadows is the continuation of the popular mockumentary film that follows the adventures of a house of vampires as they navigate life in the 21st century. The film and show pay perfect homage to the Vampire sub-genre of horror while also being playful and hilarious. So funny is the show that the audience often forgets that it's about creatures who survive by sucking the blood of humans.
The film version starred Jemaine Clement of Flight of the Conchords fame and Taika Waititi, who is now one of the most in-demand directors in Hollywood. The pair are attached as executive producers to the show, and they have reprised their popular roles from the film. But what about the rest of the cast, where have we seen them before?
15 Natasia Demetriou
The actress who plays Nadia can be found in several films and shows from England. What We Do In The Shadows is arguably her breakout role for American audiences. But fans of British comedy can find her in Stath Lets Flats, Ellie and Natasia, and The Big Flower Fight. She was also in Will Ferrell's 2020 project, Eurovision.

Schaal should not need any introduction as her distinct voice lets everyone know she is Louise Belcher on Bob's Burgers. This is not her first time doing a show involving Jemaine Clement - she played Mel in his breakthrough show Flight of the Conchords.

McDorman, AKA Jeff Suckler, can be found in numerous films and TV shows ranging from the TV version of Limitless to Bradley Cooper's American Sniper. In 2022, he had a role in Larry and Marge Go Large starring Bryan Cranston and Annette Bening.

Like Kristen Schaal, Arj Barker also worked with Jemaine Clement on Flight of the Conchords. He is also a popular stand-up comedian with several specials and albums to his name. He also sparked up with stoner comedian Doug Benson for his pot documentary Super High Me.
